Proud Sally Beck, general manager of London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel, has just won the 2020 Hotelier of the Year at the annual Preferred Awards of Excellence.
Sally leads an outstanding team who have won the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for several years running, as well as being named:
- The Cateys – Hotel Manager of the Year 2019
- The Caterer Hotelier of the Year 2019 plus
- Good Holiday’s 2018 award as London’s best afternoon teas
Sally has also managed the £multimillion refurbishment of the Royal Lancaster – latest offering, the SmartStudio, a virtual platform launched during the pandemic – to allow companies to host virtual talks, conferences and events.
